Agora media target price slashed by 32% to PLN 8.20, kept at `sell`

TAG'S: AGORA, Media

Listed media group Agora suffered a target price cut by 32% to PLN 8.20 with its recommnedation maintained at `sell` by KBC Securities analyst in a recommendation dated May 31. "Our negative perception of Agora remains unchanged. We still see Agora’s heavy dependence on advertising spending, for which the outlook continues to deteriorate, as the firm’s biggest misfortune," the analysts justify the move. The analysts lowered their EBITDA forecasts for the company by 10% for 2012 and 17% for 2013 to reflect lower projections for the print and online ad markets, the report reads.
