Barlinek to delist after purchase by Solowow

TAG'S: BARLINEK, Services (other)

Listed floormaker Barlinek`s shareholders approved withdrawal of company shares from trade on the WSE but objected to the issue of over 127 mln new shares that was supposed to follow the delisting, Barlinek said in a market filing on Friday GM resolutions.

Back in October Barlinek`s majority shareholder Michal Solowow announced a tender offer on all the outstanding shares of Barlinek at PLN 1.3, as he sought to delist the firm. Via the tender offer Solowow increased his stake in the firm to 94.25%.
