Integer to raise nearly 150 million euro for parcel machine subsidiary

TAG'S: INTEGERPL, Services (other)

Listed shipping services group Integer short-listed four entities including private equity funds and investment banks for its easyPack parcel machine project, a market insider told PAP.

The news was partly confirmed by Integer CEO Rafal Brzoska.

"I cannot give you any detailed information, I can only confirm that according to plan, in July we chose a few investors for the short list," he told PAP. "The due diligence process if currently under way, and it will take a few weeks. The next step will be to start structuring the transaction."

Back in May Brzoska told PAP that the firm wanted to select an investor for easyPack by mid-July and that its capital would be increased by EUR 100-150 mln in relation with the project.
