GTC real estate eyes double-digit dividend growth in coming years

Commercial real estate developer GTC wants to generate double-digit dividend growth in the coming years as the company implements its growth strategy, group's presentation and press statement show.

"We believe that implemented growth strategy will enable us to recommend a

double-digit dividend growth in the years from 2017 onward," the presentation reads.

In an accompanying press statement, GTC CEO Thomas Kurzmann also says GTC is "confident that we will generate a double-digit dividend and NAV growth in years to come as we deliver on our total return investment strategy."

On Friday the company announced it will offer PLN 0.27 per share from 2016 profit, which translates into 3.3% dividend yield.

Back in August company CFO Erez Boniel told PAP GTC could offer a dividend payout in 2019 on the back of rising cash flows.
