WSE-bound retailer Dino to offer no dividend for 2016, yet to decide on potential payments in coming years

Retailer Dino, on its way to the WSE, does not plan to recommend a payment of dividend for 2016 and is yet to decide on potential payments in the coming years, the issue prospectus published on the company's website on Monday showed.

"Considering the strategy . . . of fast organic increase in the number of Grupa Dino stores . . . as of the date of the prospectus the management does not plan to recommend to the GM the payment of dividend for 2016," the document reads.

The decisions concerning dividends for years beyond 2016 will be taken after the end of each fiscal year.
