JW Construction's lead shareholder buys 17.42 mln shares in tender offer, below target


JW Construction's lead shareholder Jozef Wojciechowski bought 17.42 mln shares in the company under the tender offer announced for 30.24 mln papers or 34.04% stake, raising his holdings to 85.56% of voting rights, the offer manager DM BOS said in a statement.

Wojciechowski announced the tender offer on January 20, bidding PLN 4.7 per share and raised the price on March 13 to PLN 5.2 apiece,


Wojciechowski aimed to raise his stake held directly and indirectly in JW Construction to 100% from 65.96% (58.6 mln shares) held prior to the offer.
