Dino retail sets issue price for institutional investors at PLN 34.5 in IPO comprising 48.04 mln shares

Supermarket chain Dino will sell a total of 48.04 mln shares in its ongoing IPO, including 45.5 mln shares at PLN 34.5 apiece to institutional investors and 2.4 mln shares at PLN 33.5 to individual investors, yielding an offer worth ca. PLN 1.65 bln, an annex to the prospectus showed.

The final valuation confirms a Tuesday mid-session finding by PAP that pricing had beaten the PLN 33.50 retail tranche max and could run as high as PLN 34.50 per share.


The firm will also offer nearly 182k shares in the managerial tranche.


Dino announced plans to sell an up to 49% stake or 48.04 mln A-series ordinary shares offered by Polish Sigma Group, unit of PE fund Enterprise Investors on March 20. The maximum price for individual investors had been set at PLN 33.5.


The market debut is expected on April 21.


DM PKO BP, UBS IB and Wood&Co. act as global coordinators and co-book-runners. Erste Group is also a co-book-runner. The issue manager is DM PKO BP.
